Mon-Fri (9 hrs day w/1 hr lunch) ; willing to stay Monday until 7:
30 pm
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Assist with internal and external inquiries related to HR.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish) a must Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Paychex a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Schedule flexibility required.
