We are looking for qualified full time Admissions Assistant.
Skilled Nursing Facility experience necessary.
Main Functions:
To provide all aspects of clerical duties for the Director of Admissions.
Qualificationso High School Diploma or equivalent GEDo 2 years experience in general office environment with responsibilities related to financial data maintenanceo Demonstrated knowledge of auditing and recordkeeping practiceso Good oral and written communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts to management team, families, community, and board memberso Ability to handle confidential matterso Effectively utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Wordo Possess and maintain a motor vehicle driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverageResponsibilitieso Works in collaboration with the Director of Admissionso Prepare reports, maintain database and communicate to residents, families, community, and staff concerning all admissions and discharges while coordinating with the billing department and nursing to ensure appropriate placemento Ensure compliance with all regulatory agenciesIf you or someone you know is interested in this position please email your resume to dcanessa@putnamridge.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
