Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Nursing
o Current active nursing license
o 5 years nursing experience
o Strong understanding of health care strategy
o Operations and regulatory requirements
o Analytical skills including financial, process and risk analysis, deep understanding of all health care
o Organizations including integrated delivery networks, community hospitals, academic and children's hospitals systems and government entities
o Work closely with clinicians to ensure high quality EMR delivery
o Will be working with Workflows and functionality around implementing Cerner
o Willing to travel
o Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong organizational and leadership skills
o Independent and self-motivated
o Energetic with strong desire to learn
